1. Free shipping across the USA
Every order shipped within the United States ships free, no minimum purchase required.
2. Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
- Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
3. Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
4. Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before checking out. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at contacto@montarel.com — we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped. We're not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.
5. Our delivery guarantee
Every order is protected. If something goes wrong with delivery, we make it right:
- Arrived damaged? Send us a photo and we'll ship you a new one free of charge or give you a full refund.
- Package lost in transit? We'll send you a replacement free of charge or give you a full refund.
- Not delivered within 45 days of your order date? You'll get a full refund.

6. Duties and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. There are no additional fees upon delivery.
