Does it really block all light?
Yes. Its contoured shape and wraparound padding hug your face and seal the edges — including around the nose — for total darkness.
Does it press on my eyes or lashes?
No. Each eye has its own padded cup, so you can blink freely and your lashes (or extensions) won’t get crushed.
Will it fit me?
It’s one size fits all, with a hook-and-loop adjustable strap. It fits head sizes from about 21" to 26" (53–66 cm).
Can I sleep on my side?
Yes. The strap is wide and soft, so it won’t dig in or slip even if you move during the night.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild soap, without wringing. Let it air dry in the shade. That keeps the silk shiny and soft.
